Commitment and Quality

NP6 has been ISO 9001 certified since 2001 and is one of the few SaaS marketing software providers in Europe to hold this certification.  ISO 9001 guarantees that we have a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and we are required to monitor the levels of customer satisfaction and review this information to improve the effectiveness of our services.
NP6 is a member of the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG) where the industry comes together to work against botnets, malware, spam, viruses, DoS attacks and other online exploitation.
With more than 200 members worldwide, the M3AAWG develops and publishes best practices papers, position statements, training and educational videos, and other materials to help the online community fight abuse with a focus on operational practices.
NP6 uses ISO 27000 standards to guide its security policy and data protection plans. The ISO 27000 series of standards are specifically concerned with information and data security procedures.
NP6 is a member of the SNCD (National Union of Direct Communication), the French equivalent of the UK’s Direct Marketing Association.
NP6 adheres and complies with the legal obligations in accordance with LCEN, the French Data Protection Act (CNIL).
NP6 is one of the founding members of Signal Spam, the French-based anti-spam not for profit organisation.  Signal Spam brings together stakeholders in the e-mail industry: ESP’s, ISP’s, professional associations, law enforcement and government agencies such as CNIL, the French Data Protection Agency, to act against the transmission of spam.  NP6 is committed to working with Signal Spam to ensure compliance with best practices in marketing email broadcasting.
NP6 has signed the SNCD Responsible Development Charter as part of its commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility.
NP6 works daily with the DMA (Direct Marketing Association), one of the largest associations dedicated to Direct Marketing in Europe. One of our key objectives at NP6 is to promote best practices in direct marketing, to participate fully with industry partners and to monitor the latest developments in order to provide our clients with the best possible service.
